• We will liaise with at least two Estate Agents, to arrange a correct and fair valuation of your property. A selling price will then be agreed.
• We will then instruct the Estate Agent to sell your home on your behalf.
• We will assist you in all aspects of selling your home, and making the move to your new Chestnut home as stress-free as possible.
• We aim to try and find you a buyer within 4-6 weeks, during this time we will keep you informed of any offers.
• Once a buyer for your home has been found, we will monitor and assist all purchasers in the ‘chain’, to try and ensure that the sales proceeds to completion as quickly and easily as possible.
