• Once we have received the Estate Agent’s valuations we will generally make an offer to purchase your current home.
• The offer given is up to 90% of the Estate Agent’s valuation figures.
• When the price and terms have been agreed, and you have completed a Part Exchange Agreement, the reservation of your new Chestnut Home can be completed, whilst you are able to stay in your current home.
• Your property is not marketed until you are close to completion.
• We will keep you informed of progress, and help to make the move to your new Chestnut Home as easy as possible.
• You get to buy your brand new Chestnut Home with a guaranteed buyer for your existing home! It is that simple!
