At Coningsby, you can enjoy the best of both worlds. Growing from being an early Danish settlement to the thriving village it is today, the history is upheld by the impressive tower of its 15th Century parish church of St Michael, with its unique one-handed clock face.

The village is also known for its frontline air defence station – RAF Coningsby. With a visitor centre open to the public, RAF Coningsby plays host to the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight of the Spitfires, Hurricanes, a Lancaster and a Dakota – a spectacular step into the skies! You could also visit Tattershall Castle, an impressive historic building dating back to the 15th Century, in the care of the National trust and open to the public.

As for the day to day essentials, Coningsby offers a range of shops, takeaways and pubs. Healthcare is on hand, with a doctor and dentist in the village, while connections are very convenient via the A153. Rail travel is equally as accessible with services taking you to a number of major UK destinations.
