Once we have received the Estate Agent’s valuations we will generally make an offer to purchase your current home.

When the price and terms have been agreed, and you have completed a Part Exchange Agreement, the reservation of your new Chestnut Home can be completed, and the Estate Agent will start to market your current home.

We will keep you informed of progress, and help to make the move to your new Chestnut Home as easy as possible.
