The appointed person will be based around the Lincoln, Boston, and Skegness areas to undertake all aspects of grounds maintenance.
The successful candidate will ensure that our sites are maintained to the current high standards and carry out effective garden maintenance providing: gardening/soft landscaping work, plant trees, bushes, hedge and tree trimming, lawn mowing, carry out small maintenance duties, weeding, striming, pruning and litter picking.
The candidate will possess: a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points or DRs, the ability to work under minimal supervision and use initiative, good communication and customer service skills, reliability with a flexible approach to work.
