Due to expansion, an experienced Site Manager is required to work alongside our existing dedicated team. The opportunity is offered to manage our residential site at Bridgeways, Alford, Lincolnshire.

 

The successful applicant must have excellent management skills, with a thorough knowledge of both traditional and timber frame construction combined with a comprehensive health and safety understanding. You will have a track record of effectively managing residential developments, and producing high-quality new homes on a programme to meet the needs of our valued customers.

 

You will possess all relevant health & safety and site management qualifications (although we are always prepared to improve the skills and qualifications of all our employees).

 

Chestnut Homes are one of the leading new home developers in Lincolnshire. We enjoy an enviable reputation for building quality new homes on attractive well-designed developments varying in size from c30 units up to 500 units. The company continues to grow in a planned and sustainable way, and we are looking to appoint an experienced, driven and ambitious Site Manager to join our growing business.

Required experience:

  • Site Management
  • Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
  • Competent in Timber Frame Construction
  • Competent in Traditional Construction
  • First Aid at work Qualification (3 Day)
  • CSCS card holder (Black Site Managers CSCS preferred) 
  • Must hold a full valid UK driving license
