Stamp Duty-

  • Eligible purchasers must declare theirintentiontoclaim the depositcontribution at the time of reserving a property and before any other offer is applied.

Bills contribution-

  • The bills contribution offer is available on selected homes & selected developments only. Up to £500 cashback will be offered.
  • The purchaser must disclose their intention to claim this incentive to the Sales Negotiator prior to entering into a reservation agreement with Chestnut Homes and paying the reservation fee in relation to a qualifying home. The purchaser must pay the standard reservation charge on the selected home and complete the purchase.
  • The purchase price used to calculate this payment is the price agreed at the point of reservation and is exclusive of stamp duty, costs and fees.
  • The bills contribution (up to £500) will be paid into your bank account on the agreed date every month over 12 months. The payment will start exactly one calendar month from your date of completion.
  • It is subject to lender criteria & successful completion.
  • Not available in conjunction with any other Chestnut Homes offer and excludes discount market sale properties.
  • Offer available to UK residents over 18+.
