May Mortgage Subsidy Offer – Terms & Conditions

  1. Offer available on selected new homes only, subject to availability and participating developments (Millers Walk Plot 32 and Chantrey Park Plot 90).
  2. The incentive consists of a mortgage subsidy of £200 per month for a maximum period of 12 months, totalling £2,400.
  3. The subsidy will be provided as a contribution towards the purchaser’s mortgage payments, method of payment to be confirmed by the developer’s solicitor.
  4. The offer is available on new reservations only and cannot be applied retrospectively.
  5. Offer must be reserved by 31 May 2026 and may be withdrawn or varied at any time prior to reservation.
  6. The incentive cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer unless agreed in writing by the developer.
  7. Purchasers must proceed to exchange of contracts within the timescale set out by the developer.
  8. All purchases are subject to contract and standard eligibility criteria.
  9. Mortgage advice should be sought from an independent financial advisor.
  10. The developer reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time.
