Alford is the star of the show in new video

Chestnut Homes has taken inspiration from television property programmes to show off the homes at its development in Alford and the stunning local area.

The company has just released a new video which shows the homes available at Willoughby Chase, off Willoughby Road, as well as the charming town centre and lovely nearby locations.

The video is hosted by Lee and Marie, who take a look at Alford, with Lee stopping off at Willoughby Chase to explore the development and its new showhome.

Meanwhile, Marie takes a stroll along the beach at Anderby Creek, visits the Lincolnshire Wolds and explores Alford town centre.

Willoughby Chase continues to be popular with people relocating from afar – particularly those looking to enjoy their retirement close to the coast – so the video has been created to introduce buyers to the development and to the area.

David Newton, Managing Director for Chestnut Homes, said: “Lee and Marie did a sterling job of showing off the charming sights of Alford and the local area, while the video also gives people the chance to take a look around Willoughby Chase and our superb new showhome.

“With this video, we wanted to showcase not only Willoughby Chase, but also the wider Alford area, and this innovative approach is already catching peoples’ imaginations.

“The video really highlights the wonderful, laid back quality of life which residents can enjoy at Willoughby Chase – so I’d urge buyers who are looking to relocate to watch it and find out more.”

The video shows off various points of interest in Alford, including local shops, the pretty Saint Wilfrid’s Church and Alford Manor House, before exploring Lincolnshire’s stunning coastline at Anderby Creek.

During the video, Lee embarks on a walkthrough of the three-bedroom Kempton showhome at Willoughby Chase, showing the high-specification build of the home as well as the open-plan kitchen/dining area with Zanussi integrated appliances, master bedroom and bathroom.
