The two showhomes at Kings Manor showcase the lovely new homes available at various prices at the development.

The three-bed detached Avon showhome features an open-plan kitchen/dining room, a well-planned living room, a study and a guest cloakroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there’s an en-suite master bedroom, two additional double bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Ideal for first-time buyers, the second showhome is the three-bedroom Juniper, which features a living/dining room, kitchen, guest cloakroom, three bedrooms and a bathroom. Juniper homes are available from £132,950 and can be secured with a deposit as little as £6,647 with the government’s Help to Buy scheme.

Help to Buy enables purchasers to secure a new home with a five per cent deposit and a 75 per cent mortgage. The remaining 20 per cent is provided by the Government as an equity loan which is interest-free for five years.
