Construction Knight Summer Selfie Competition
Over the next ten weeks, we are challenging you to find certain items on our Construction Knight to be in with a chance of winning a £10 gift card every week!
Pop down to Speakers Corner near Lincoln City Centre's Cornhill to visit our Knight, aptly named Construction Knight and see if you can spot the item of the week. Simply take a photo and post it on our Facebook or Twitter Page
The Knights' Trail will be on the streets of Lincoln until 3rd September, when they will be auctioned off in aid of local charity The Nomad Trust. Visit The Knights' Trail website for more information.

Terms & Conditions ‘Construction Knight Summer Selfie Competition’
1. The Chestnut Homes ‘Construction Knight Summer Selfie Competition’ (the Promotion) is open to UK residents only, aged 18 and over, except employees of Chestnut Homes (the Promoter), their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion. Those under 18 can take part with their parents’ or guardians’ permission.
2. To take part in the promotion, take a photo of the item on the Construction Knight and share it to our Facebook https://www.facebook.com/Chestnut.Homes/ or Twitter feeds https://twitter.com/chestnuthomes or https://twitter.com/ConstructKnight
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter the promotion.
4. The promotion will run for 10 weeks and each week will be a new competition with a different item to spot.

Week 1 – Monday 3rd July at 11.00 am (BST) until midnight (BST) Sunday 9th July.

Week 2 – Monday 10th July at 11.00 am (BST) until midnight (BST) Sunday 16th July.

Week 3 – Monday 17th July at 11.00 am (BST) until midnight (BST) Sunday 23rd July.

Week 4 – Monday 24th July at 11.00 am (BST) until midnight (BST) Sunday 30th July.

Week 5 – Monday 3rd July at 11.00 am (BST) until midnight (BST) Sunday 9th July.

Week 6 – Monday 31st July at 11.00 am (BST) until midnight (BST) Sunday 6th August.

Week 7 – Monday 7th August at 11.00 am (BST) until midnight (BST) Sunday 13th August

This period will be known as the Promotion Period. Any entries outside the Promotion Period will not be counted.
5. The prizewinners will be selected by the Promoter.
6. There are ten prizes of a High Street £10 gift voucher and one will be awarded weekly.
7. The decision of the Promoter in relation to the promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
8. No information regarding entries or judging will be disclosed to any third party not involved in the conduct of the Promotion.
9. The prize is not transferable, re-saleable or exchangeable. There is no cash alternative.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prize products subject to availability.
11. The winners will be contacted by midday on the following day after the weekly competition has closed.
12. The winners must respond to the notification of their prize with 72 hours.
13. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
14. By entering, the participants are providing their information to Chestnut Homes and not to any other party. Any personal information provided will be used in conjunction with the Chestnut Homes Privacy Policy which you can see online at https://www.chestnuthomes.co.uk/privacy-policy/
15. By entering, participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
16. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computers will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Any entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will be rejected.
17. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
19. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
20. The Promoter can accept no responsibility for and reserves the right to refuse, entries, which are corrupt, incomplete, or fail to arrive by the closing date.
21. No social media website (such as Facebook, Twitter or any other such website) are sponsors of the Promotion and have no responsibility or liability regarding the conduct or administration of the Promotion.
22. These rules are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
