The development, which is located to the north of Old Boston Road at the eastern edge of the village, will eventually comprise of over 300 homes

Building work on the fourth phase began in November 2020 and the site welcomed its first residents at the start of this year. Construction is expected to be completed on this final phase by 2023

Helene Key, Sales Manager at Chestnut Homes, said: “We have been building at Kings Manor for the past 10 years delivering a range of high-quality new housing for people looking to get on or move up the property ladder in this thriving village.

“The development has formed a seamless extension to Coningsby and the homes here have become very much part of the established community within the village. Consisting of 109 homes, a play area and green open space, phase four is the largest of all the phases at Kings Manor and will make a significant contribution to meeting the demand for new homes in the area.”
