Cottage-style homes snapped up in Scothern
Buyers have been quick to reserve their new cottage-style homes at a new development in Scothern, where only five homes now remain.
Chestnut Homes opened the doors to The Grange, its development off Heath Road in the village, in August and the first homes were quickly snapped up. Now, the developer is selling the final homes – a trio of two-bedroom semi-detached houses and a pair of four-bedroom detached homes.
David Newton, Managing Director for Chestnut Homes, said: “We’re very proud of the homes we are building at The Grange – inside, they offer a high specification, with quality, contemporary fixtures and fittings, and outside, the cottage style is pretty and inviting. Buyers can enjoy both the peaceful village lifestyle and the benefits of new-build living, including the peace of mind of a 10-year guarantee from the National House-Building Council. Our three and five-bedroom homes have all been snapped up, but buyers at various stages of the property ladder are sure to find what they’re looking for in our final two and four-bedroom homes. So I’d encourage anyone who sees themselves settling in a new-build village home to come and see The Grange for themselves.”
The final two-bedroom homes at The Grange are priced at £169,950, while the last four-bedroom homes are available from £364,950. To find out more, please visit our dedicated The Grange page.
