Don't miss the final five in the first phase at Willoughby Chase

Just five homes remain within the first phase of a development being built in Alford, close to the Lincolnshire coast, by Chestnut Homes.

The county housebuilder has just released the final properties for sale in the current phase at Willoughby Chase, off Willoughby Road.

And home-hunters should act quickly to find out more about the final homes – three bungalows and a pair of impressive five-bedroom houses.

David Newton, Managing Director of Chestnut Homes, said: “Willoughby Chase has been a very popular development, with a steady stream of visitors and buyers from both near and far finding their perfect new homes there.

“Now, we are releasing the final homes for sale in this phase, and we expect them to attract plenty of interest.”

The final five homes in Phase One include three bungalows, priced from £144,950 – a Hexham two-bedroom design and the Goodwood and Beverley three-bedroom bungalows.

The remaining two new homes are both five-bedroom detached Warwick housetypes, priced from £284,950.

Mr Newton said: “Our expectation is that the three bungalows will be particularly sought after due to the limited availability of new-build bungalows.

“Alford’s location near to the sea continues to be a huge draw for retirees, so we don’t expect these bungalows to be available for long.

“Our other final homes in this phase are both grand five-bedroom detached houses, each offering plenty of living space and a double garage.

“So I’d urge buyers who think that they may be interested in one of the final five to visit Willoughby Chase without delay, to find out more.”

Chestnut Homes offers Part Exchange and Easy Mover schemes for buyers with an existing property to sell.

The government’s Help to Buy scheme, which enables buyers to secure their home with just a five per cent deposit and a 75 per cent mortgage, is also available at Willoughby Chase.

The remaining 20 per cent is provided as an equity loan which is interest-free for five years.

To find out more about the final homes, visit the Marketing Suite at Willoughby Chase, which is open from 10.30am to 5.30pm, Friday to Monday. Alternatively, call 01507 463440 or our dedicated Willoughby Chase page.
