Final five for sale at Riverside

The final homes have been released for sale at Riverside in Boston, after a flurry of sales over the past six weeks.

Buyers have snapped up 10 apartments at the development, off Tattershall Road, since the start of March – leaving developer Chestnut Homes with just five final apartments to sell. The five remaining homes are all two-bedroom apartments, priced from £112,500.

David Newton, Managing Director of Chestnut Homes, said: “After a busy few weeks at Riverside, we’re pleased to have matched 10 of our apartments with their excited new owners. It is now just a matter of time until the development is completely sold out – so home-hunters who can picture themselves making a move to Riverside should act quickly. Our final five homes are all two-bedroom apartments, priced between £112,500 and £128,950, and can be snapped up with a deposit as low as five per cent with the government’s Help to Buy scheme. We look forward to pairing up our final residents with their ideal new apartments in the weeks ahead.”

Home-hunters can make use of Help to Buy to secure a new home at Riverside with a five per cent deposit and a 75 per cent mortgage. The remaining 20 per cent of the purchase price is provided as an equity loan from the government which is interest-free for the first five years.

Buyers can take a look around Riverside by watching a new video.

They can also explore a new tropical-themed show apartment when they visit the development, where the marketing suite is open daily from 10.30am to 5.30pm.
