First phase of LN6 development sold out

The first phase of homes has sold out at a popular development in Lincoln.

Eager buyers have snapped up all of the homes at Chestnut Homes’ LN6 development, which is located off Westbrooke Road, around two miles south of the city centre.

Construction work is now nearing completion on phase one, which comprises 52 new homes.

The developer will begin work on the second phase of the development, which will be built on land to the south of phase one, in June with the first homes set to be released for sale in October.

David Newton, Managing Director of Chestnut Homes, said: “The homes at LN6 have been very popular, thanks to the contemporary, quality designs and the development’s convenient location close to Lincoln city centre.

“We’ve seen a large number of first-time buyers take advantage of the Help to Buy scheme to get onto the property ladder at LN6.

“The first phase at the development has helped to meet demand for quality new homes in Lincoln, and the second phase of homes will further fulfil this need.

“We are currently putting the finishing touches to the final few homes in phase one before work can begin on phase two later in the year.”

The second phase at LN6 will comprise a total of 27 new homes, to include a range of two and three-bedroom houses and four bungalows.
