Four buyers snap up homes in busy week at Riverside
Four happy buyers reserved new homes within one busy week at the Riverside development in Boston.
Chestnut Homes took reservations on four of its final apartments at Riverside, off Tattershall Road, within the course of five days.
The development’s final one-bedroom apartment was snapped up, followed by three two-bedroom apartments in the Bytham House building.
David Newton, Managing Director of Chestnut Homes, said: “After a busy few days at Riverside, we’re pleased to be welcoming four new buyers to the development – with two of them taking their first steps onto the property ladder with us.
“This flurry of purchases shows just how popular the apartments at Riverside are proving, with buyers keen to get moved in ready to enjoy the development’s views over Boston Marina this summer.
“With just 10 apartments now remaining, it won’t be long until the development is sold out – so I’d urge home-hunters to find out more without delay.”
All of the remaining homes at Riverside are two-bedroom apartments priced from £112,500.
The government’s Help to Buy scheme – which enables buyers to purchase a home with a five per cent deposit and 75 per cent mortgage – is available at the development.
The remaining 20 per cent is provided as an equity loan which is interest-free for the first five years.
The final 10 homes are located within the Somerton House and Bytham House apartment buildings at Riverside.
As well as snapping up a new home, visitors to Riverside will also get a chance to win a new car.
Visitors to the development’s showhome have until Sunday 23rd April to fill in a form to enter the draw and win a Kia Rio, worth £12,500.Back To News
