Last chance to snap up a new Chestnut home for less
Home-hunters don’t have long left to take advantage of the savings on offer in our new year sale.
We are offering discounts of up to £20,000 on selected plots at our developments in Alford, Boston, Bardney, Market Rasen and Gainsborough.
Several plots have already been reserved by quick-off-the-mark buyers, and property-seekers looking to take advantage of the deals available should act fast – as these offers must end at the beginning of February.
David Newton, Managing Director of Chestnut Homes, said: “The arrival of a new year gets people thinking about their next move, which is why we thought this was the perfect time to offer some great deals at our developments across the county.
“The homes in the sale are all ready to move into, and we are offering sizable discounts on a number of plots at various developments – so if you’re thinking of buying a new home, there’s no time like the present.
“But these sale offers must end soon – so don’t risk missing out, contact us to find out more.”
Homes in the new year sale include a stunning three-storey townhouse overlooking the Marina at Riverside in Boston, which has been reduced in price by £15,000.
Homes ranging from a two-bedroom apartment to a four-bedroom detached family home are available at Willoughby Chase in Alford, with savings of up to £15,000, while various plots at Hunters Place in Market Rasen are also available for less.

And the final two homes at Foxby Chase in Gainsborough – both impressive four-bedroom detached properties – have each been reduced by £15,000 in the sale.Back To News
