Lincolnshire Couple Move From One Dream Home To The Next
A Lincolnshire couple has found their dream home just a few doors down from their first after choosing to buy for a second time with trusted Lincolnshire housebuilder Chestnut Homes.

Angela Holley, founder of Hydro Health & Beauty, and Stuart McMorran, director of Fuse Design, first moved into a two-bed semi-detached Chestnut home in 2020. Four years later, with their dog Rolo in tow, the couple decided it was time to upsize, choosing to stay within the community they’d grown to love.
Stuart said: “When it came to deciding where we wanted to live, we knew we wanted to stay at The Meadows in Dunholme. Buying our first home with Chestnut Homes was such a smooth and enjoyable experience, it made perfect sense to make our next move with them.
“We’d seen the four-beds in the brochure, and after we visited the show home, we knew Orchard House was the one for us. Our new home backs onto open fields, our spacious kitchen gets beautiful sunlight each morning and we're still in the heart of The Meadows community.”

Chestnut Homes offers a selection of two to five-bedroom homes across Lincolnshire, thoughtfully designed for modern lifestyles from first-time buyers stepping onto the property ladder to expanding families and those seeking a comfortable downsize.
The Meadows, Dunholme, located just ten minutes from Lincoln, features a range of two, three, four and five bed homes perfectly placed for those looking to live in the peaceful countryside while remaining close by to the vibrant city centre.
The couple’s former two-bed home is now being rented out, a process they say was made easier thanks to the high quality build and finish of the property.
For Angela and Stuart, Chestnut Homes offered more than just a house. The Lincolnshire developer’s family-friendly green spaces and thoughtful design made it the natural choice for their next chapter.

Angela added: “It doesn’t feel like a cookie-cutter new build estate. There is so much space, you can see the gorgeous Lincolnshire countryside and there is a real community feel, with kids always out playing and welcoming neighbours. Even the Chestnut Homes team that worked on the development became familiar friendly faces, which again made our whole moving experience so enjoyable.
“We always tell people how much we love it here. We even wrapped a Chestnut Homes brochure as a light-hearted wedding gift for our friends who were planning a move.”
Robyn Pedley, marketing manager at Chestnut Homes, said: “This is exactly why we put so much care into every detail. For us, the greatest measure of success is when a customer decides to buy their second home with us, right within the same community they already love.
“Angela and Stuart's story is a powerful testament to the lasting quality of a Chestnut Home and the welcoming, neighbourly environments we work so hard to create. We are immensely proud they chose to stay with us for this exciting next chapter.”
