LN6 nominated for Lincoln Good Design Award!

The Lincoln Good Design Awards were established in 2017 to recognise good design for developments that have been completed within the City of Lincoln Council Administrative Boundary. This will be the second time that the awards have been held. Chestnut Homes are proud to announce that they have been nominated in the category of Residential Development of the year for our LN6 development in Lincoln.

The initial ‘longlist’ of eligible developments completed since the last awards were compiled and then a panel of judges, made up of representatives from the council, was then responsible for narrowing down ten developments to the five listed under each of the relevant categories.

The public is hereby invited to choose a winner from the list of developments within each category. The winner and runner-up within each category will each receive an award from the council. An overall winner will also be chosen from the developments that have been lucky enough to win or be a runner-up in their category. The winner of this award will be chosen by the chairman of the City of Lincoln Council’s Planning Committee and design advocate, Councillor Hanrahan.
