New homes for sale following high demand at The Meadows

We are pleased to announce that we have released six new properties for sale at The Meadows in Dunholme to help meet increasing demand for new homes at the development.

Since the housing market reopened, there has been a surge in enquiries about the new homes, located off Lincoln Road.

Half of the new two and three-bedroom homes released most recently were immediately reserved.

Helene Key, Sales Manager at Chestnut Homes, said: “Interest in new homes across Lincolnshire has been especially high in recent weeks, and the response from people looking to move to Dunholme has been overwhelming. “We released the additional two and three-bedroom homes for sale because we were receiving so many enquiries about them. We were pleased to find that people who had shown an interest were decisive and acted quickly to reserve their home. “Dunholme is an attractive village with good amenities and the excellent schools appeal to families. Within The Meadows, a new community is now forming as more people move into their homes. “We currently have three, four and five-bedroom homes available to fit with a variety of budgets. Each of them is exempt from stamp duty until March following the Chancellor’s Summer Statement announcement.”

The Meadows will eventually bring 275 new homes to Dunholme. As part of its planning agreement, Chestnut Homes is investing more than £1.2m in infrastructure. This includes £657,393 towards places at William Farr School and £116,875 towards improving health care facilities in and around the village. A further £483,050 is being invested in transport and road improvements.
