New homes released after surge in sales at Willoughby Chase
More homes have been released for sale at Willoughby Chase, our development in Alford, following a surge in sales.
After fast-acting home-hunters reserved 11 new homes at the development in the past few weeks, we opted to release a new selection of properties to help satisfy demand.
David Newton, Managing Director of Chestnut Homes, said: “We have been delighted, but not surprised, by the high level of interest in our new homes at Willoughby Chase.
“We take great pride in the quality of our homes, which we build in hand-picked locations across Lincolnshire. Visitors at Willoughby Chase tell us they have been impressed with the style and good value of our homes, and that is reflected in the high level of interest we have received recently.
“Buyers can take advantage of the government’s Help to Buy scheme to secure their home at Willoughby Chase with just a five per cent deposit, while we can help existing homeowners to get moving with our Part Exchange scheme.
“I’d urge home-hunters to pay a visit to Willoughby Chase to find out more about the new release of homes – but hurry, or you risk missing out!”
The new release of homes includes two-bedroom semi-detached Newbury homes, priced at £112,995, and a handful of Avon three-bedroom detached homes, priced from £164,950.
Newbury homes are available to buy with a deposit as low as £5,649 using Help to Buy, while buyers who use the scheme can secure an Avon with a deposit of just £8,247.
For buyers seeking a four-bedroom home, two York House detached homes have also been released for sale.
Priced from £214,950, the York House includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, study, utility room and guest cloakroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there’s an en-suite master bedroom, three additional bedrooms and a family bathroom, while outside, there’s a double garage.
Willoughby Chase is located to the south of Alford, off Willoughby Road, and will comprise 107 new homes when complete.
The Help to Buy scheme enables purchasers to secure their new home with a five per cent deposit and a 75 per cent mortgage. The remaining 20 per cent is provided by the Government as an equity loan which is interest-free for five years.
