Chestnut Homes among fastest-growing SMEs in the country

Chestnut Homes has been named on a list of the fastest-growing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the UK.

We have been included in the London Stock Exchange Group’s 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain report, an annual celebration of some of, the country’s most dynamic businesses.

Now in its fifth year, the report assesses companies on a range of indicators, including revenue, growth in turnover and performance relative to their sector.

We are proud to be one of just seven engineering and construction companies from the East Midlands to feature in this year’s report and the only one from Lincolnshire.

This year we are celebrating our 30^th anniversary in 2018, has registered a significant increase in sales and turnover in recent years and has made a major investment in new machinery to ensure it sustains this impressive growth.

Last year we embarked upon our largest project to date, the Quadrant development in Boston, which will eventually deliver 500 new homes, retail and commercial premises and a new football stadium for Boston United FC.

Work has also started on a new 275-home development in Dunholme and the third phase of the Manor Farm development in Bardney.
