New tropical show apartment is unveiled in Boston
The doors have been opened to a bright, tropical-themed new show apartment in Boston. Chestnut Homes has just unveiled the two-bedroom apartment at its Riverside development, off Tattershall Road.
The company’s interior designers have kitted the property out with tropical features and splashes of bright colours, set against a sophisticated grey and white background.David Newton, Managing Director at Chestnut Homes, said: “We’ve experienced some dull weather and grey skies in the first few weeks of the year, so we decided to decorate our show apartment with a bright scheme to bring a bit of summer cheer.
“The result is a vibrant, fun scheme which is bound to bring a bit of sunshine to Boston. Now that our new show apartment is open, visitors at Riverside will be able to see for themselves the high specification of the apartments for sale, as well as the lovely views over Boston Marina from the apartments. We’ve already received a lot of good feedback on the show apartment from our visitors so far, and we look forward to showing more people around in the coming weeks.”
Chestnut Homes is currently selling one and two-bedroom apartments priced from £102,995 within two buildings at Riverside – Bytham House and Somerton House.
The government’s Help to Buy scheme, which enables purchasers to buy a new home with just a five per cent deposit and 75 per cent mortgage, is available at Riverside – meaning that an apartment can be snapped up with a deposit as low as £5,150. The remaining 20 percent remains is provided as an equity loan which is interest-free for five years. Chestnut Homes also offers various schemes to help buyers with an existing property to get moving.
The new showhome at Riverside is open daily from 10.30am to 5.30pmBack To News
