Record £2486 raised for Welton & District Patient & Doctors Association
Chestnut Homes donated a 42” Full HD TV for the Welton & District Patients and Doctors Association raffle, which took place at their Autumn Fayre on Saturday 22nd October.
The raffle raised a total of £1421, which has seen an increase of £243 from last year’s event.
The total amount raised at the Autumn Fayre was £2486 – an all-time record.
David Newton, Managing Director at Chestnut Homes said, ‘We’re delighted to see the total amount raised at this year’s event, and are very pleased to have helped contribute towards this.
‘I hope that the funds will ensure the continuation the WDPDA’s good work at the Welton Family Health Centre.’
The WDPDA are a patient liaison group attached to the Welton Family Health Centre. They provide an invaluable transport scheme for those patients who are otherwise unable to attend the surgery or hospital appointments.
