Sample a flavour of waterside life at the Riverside open evening
Chestnut Homes is opening the doors to its development in Boston for an evening, following the popularity of a similar event earlier this summer.
The company is offering busy home-hunters the chance to look around an apartment at Riverside, off Tattershall Road, on the evening of Thursday 8th September.
Visitors can take a look around the stylish apartment within Bytham House, one of three apartment buildings offering stunning views over Boston Marina, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
David Newton, Managing Director at Chestnut Homes, said: “The open evening is a great opportunity for people who might not have been able to come down to Riverside yet because of other commitments to see it for themselves.
“We held an open evening back in June which proved to be a huge success, with a large turnout of potential buyers who were really impressed by what they saw.
“The feedback we received inspired us to hold another evening event, as the extended hours proved helpful to buyers who are looking for a home but need their search to fit around their busy lives.
“We look forward to showing visitors the contemporary apartments and great views on September 8th.”
Buyers who reserve their apartment at Riverside on the open evening will receive an exclusive discount of up to £10,000 on selected plots.
The Help to Buy scheme is available to buyers at Riverside, enabling them to secure their new home with a five per cent deposit and 75 per cent mortgage.
The remaining 20 per cent is provided by the Government as an equity loan which is interest-free for five years.
