Save up to £10,000 in housebuilder’s sale

Buyers could save up to £10,000 on new homes at four developments across Lincolnshire in the Chestnut Homes end of year sale.

The county housebuilder is offering savings on 10 homes across the developments – LN6 in Lincoln, Willoughby Chase in Alford, Riverside in Boston and Kings Manor in Coningsby – to buyers who can complete their purchase before 31st October.

David Newton, Managing Director of Chestnut Homes, said: “This is our final sale of the year, so buyers who are looking for a new home can pick up an excellent deal if they act quickly.

“Our financial year ends on October 31st, and we are offering these deals to buyers who can complete by that date.

“There are some big savings to be made, and we are also offering free carpets and flooring on selected properties.

“We are offering savings on some wonderful new homes in lovely locations across Lincolnshire, so I’d urge buyers to act quickly to avoid missing out on their chosen plot.”
