At Riverside, the buyer who snaps up apartment 7B within the Bytham House building will save £10,000, as the price has been reduced from £137,950 to £127,950 in the sale.
The buyer will also save on their furnishings, receiving free carpets and flooring from Chestnut Homes’ standard range.
At Kings Manor, off Old Boston Road, the two-bedroom Holly at Plot 38 has been reduced by £2,500 – from £124,995 to £122,495.
The buyer who chooses the Holly will also receive £500 towards their legal fees, free carpets and flooring and a turfed garden.
And at LN6, off Westbrooke Road, the buyer who secures Plot 10 – a quality two-bedroom apartment priced at £154,950 – will receive a £200 monthly mortgage contribution from Chestnut Homes for a year, as well as £500 towards their legal fees and free carpets and flooring.
David Newton, Managing Director of Chestnut Homes, said: "The latest plots in our summer sale are three quality homes with some wonderful offers.
“Apartment 7B at Riverside offers modern living on the third floor, with a balcony overlooking the River Witham and Boston Marina.
“The apartment at LN6, Plot 10, is one of just three apartments still available at this development, while the Holly at Kings Manor is a perfect first step onto the property ladder.
“These offers won’t be available for long – so I’d urge home-hunters to find out more without delay.”
