Show homes released for sale at The Quadrant in Wyberton, Boston
Following increasingly high demand at Chestnut Homes’ The Quadrant in Wyberton over recent months, the two-bedroom The Nook and the three-bedroom The Franklin are now on the market and are available to buy.
Both homes are semi-detached and include flooring, curtains and light fittings, as well as featuring fully landscaped gardens for their buyers to enjoy.
Helene Key, Sales Manager at Chestnut Homes, said: “Over recent months, we have been inundated with enquiries from house-hunters looking to purchase at The Quadrant, especially first-time buyers and growing families.
“There is a fantastic new community forming at The Quadrant, which is drawing the attention of homebuyers across the county. There is a Costa, Greggs and Burger King at the development, and once complete, the site will also have even more shops, a petrol station, and a hotel.
“Both The Nook and The Franklin have been designed with modern ways of living in mind and offer purchasers a spacious open-plan kitchen and lounge on the ground floor with French doors that lead into a professionally landscaped garden.”
Those taking their first steps onto the property ladder with one of these homes will be able to do so with the new Help to Buy equity loan scheme, which officially launches on 1 April.
With Help to Buy, first-time buyers in the East Midlands will be able to purchase a home priced up to £261,900 with just a five per cent deposit and a 75 per cent mortgage, with the remaining 20 per cent provided through a Government-backed equity loan which is interest-free for the first five years.
Helene said: “With such high demand at The Quadrant, we don’t expect these homes to be on the market for long and would encourage anyone interested to call our sales team to book an appointment to find out more.”
The Nook show home is available to purchase for £174,950, while The Franklin is priced at £199,950.Back To News
