Snap up a family home for less at LN6 open evening

Growing families in Lincoln looking for a home with more space can find what they’re looking for – and save up to £10,000 – at an open evening.

Developer Chestnut Homes is opening the doors to its LN6 development, off Westbrooke Road, for a special open evening between 5.30pm and 7.30pm on Thursday (September 8^th).

Visitors to the event will have the chance to save up to £10,000 on selected plots if they reserve on the night.

David Newton, Managing Director of Chestnut Homes, said: “We know that family life is hectic – particularly at this time of year, with the children starting the new school year – and that time is scarce.

“That’s why we decided to hold an open evening at LN6 – to give parents a chance to do the school run, finish the working day, and then head to see us after hours to find out more about the homes available.

“For buyers who reserve on the night, we are offering savings of up to £10,000 – or alternatively, purchasers can opt to receive free flooring and have their legal fees and stamp duty paid.

“So I’d urge home-hunters to join us for the open evening, so they don’t miss out on these savings.”

Homes for sale at LN6 include the De Vesci, a three-bedroom three-storey home with plenty of living space for growing families.

The De Vesci – and the other housetypes at LN6 – were named after Barons after Chestnut Homes sponsored the Construction Baron in the Lincoln Baron’s Charter Trail last summer.

The government’s Help to Buy scheme, which enables buyers to secure a new home with a 75 per cent mortgage and five per cent deposit, is available to buyers at LN6.

The remaining 20 per cent of the purchase price is provided as an equity loan which is interest-free for the first five years.
