Tropical showhome will bring summer to Boston
It may be cold outside, but summer is set to come early in Boston with the opening of a new tropical-themed showhome.
Chestnut Homes is banishing the winter blues with its new show apartment at Riverside, off Tattershall Road, which will be unveiled on Saturday 28th January. The two-bedroom apartment has been styled and decorated throughout, with tropical features and splashes of tropical colours set against a sophisticated grey and white background.
David Newton, Managing Director of Chestnut Homes, said: “A good showhome captures a buyer’s imagination while showing off the living space within the property to best effect, and the design team has done a fantastic job of creating a distinctive and eye-catching scheme at Riverside. “Visitors tell us that they love the views from the apartments over Boston Marina, and the opening of the new show apartment will give them the chance to enjoy those views while taking in the striking new interior design. “We’re looking forward to unveiling the new show apartment – I’m sure that visitors will be inspired by what they see and that their visit will give them a great first-hand experience of what life by the river would be like.”
The show apartment was styled by Sarah Mather, Design Director at Fiona Nix, who looked to the vibrant feel of cities like Miami for inspiration. She said: “Our aim was to create a contemporary, bold new design with a tropical feel, as this is one of the main on-trend styling themes. We kept the furniture and the walls light and neutral to provide a base for the tropical look, which we expressed with splashes of colour and bright accessories, including palm tree lighting and pineapple sculptures.”
Chestnut Homes is building one and two-bedroom apartments, priced from £102,950, at Riverside. For more information or to book a viewing please call 01205 311473, or visit or dedicated Riverside page.Back To News
