Work Begins on New Homes at the Second Phase at LN6

Work has begun on the second phase of our popular city centre housing development; LN6 in Lincoln.

The second phase will see 27 new 2 and 3 bedroom homes and bungalows built at the site off Westbrooke Road. The site is also joined to Tritton Road via paths and the prestigious board walk.

The homes, which are contemporary in design, are named after Barons from the city's successful Baron Trail of 2015 which marked the 800 year anniversary of the signing of the Magna Carta. 

A variety of schemes are available at the development to help people get onto and move up the property ladder. One of which is the government backed Help to Buy scheme which enables purchasers to buy with just a 5% deposit. For example: The 3 bedroom De Lacy home is for sale at £184,950 - with Help to Buy just a £9,248 deposit would be needed, therefore a mortgage of just £138,712 would be needed and the final 20% would come from a government equity loan.
