Work well under way at next phase of Bardney development

Construction work has is well under way at the latest phase of a new homes development in Bardney.

Chestnut Homes has started building the first homes in phase three of its Manor Farm  development, and the first 11 properties have now been released for sale.

The third phase at Manor Farm will eventually comprise 175 new homes on a 4.7 hectare site off Hancock Drive.

David Newton, Managing Director of Chestnut Homes, said: “It’s great to be building once again in Bardney, and we hope to replicate the sense of community created in the previous two phases of the development.

“Since work first began on Manor Farm we have provided the village with more than 150 new homes, creating a thriving community which includes a wide range of buyers.

“Now more buyers will have the opportunity to join this community with the first release of properties in the phase three.

“As well as delivering much-needed new housing for Bardney, we are also proud to be providing funding for local services and infrastructure as part of the development.”

Chestnut Homes will be contributing £383,398 towards primary education in the area and £72,000 towards local healthcare services, as well as providing contributions towards improving the Number 10 Lincoln to Horncastle bus service which runs through Bardney.

You can take a look at all of the new homes currently for sale here on our dedicated Manor Farm  page.
