Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions

Recommend a friend or family member to Chestnut Homes and, if they legally complete the purchase of a new Chestnut Home, you could both receive £250*.

Simply complete the Refer a Friend form with your details and pass it to your family member, friend or colleague who is interested in purchasing a new Chestnut Home. The referee must then submit the completed form to a Chestnut Homes Sales Advisor when reserving their new home.

To enable payment of the referral reward, the referrer must provide valid bank details either:

• directly on the Refer a Friend card/form; or
• separately via email to the Chestnut Homes sales team.

Bank details must be received before the referee legally completes on their new home purchase in order for the claim to be processed successfully.

Upon successful legal completion, both the referrer and referee will each receive £250*, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Terms & Conditions

• The Refer a Friend form/voucher must be fully completed and submitted to a Chestnut Homes Sales Advisor at the time of reservation of the new Chestnut Home.
• The person recommending Chestnut Homes (the referrer) must already own and live in a Chestnut Home and must have legally completed on their own Chestnut Home purchase directly with Chestnut Homes prior to making the referral.
• The form must be completed and signed by all relevant parties, including the referrer, referee and Chestnut Homes Sales Advisor.
• Only one promotion/reward is available per household and per home purchase.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or incentive scheme unless otherwise agreed in writing by Chestnut Homes.
• The £250 reward for the referee will be applied as stated within the reservation agreement and deducted from monies due on legal completion of the new Chestnut Home purchase.
• The £250 reward for the referrer will be paid following legal completion of the referee’s new Chestnut Home purchase.
• The referrer must provide valid bank details either on the Refer a Friend form or separately by email to the Chestnut Homes sales team before the referee’s legal completion date. Chestnut Homes cannot process payment without these details.
• Please allow up to 4 weeks following legal completion for payment processing.
• This incentive is not available to employees of Chestnut Homes, their immediate family members, Chestnut Homes agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion or acting in a business capacity.
• Any tax liability arising from receipt of the £250 referral payment is the sole responsibility of the recipient.
• Chestnut Homes reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Chestnut Homes’ decision in relation to this promotion is final.
