Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions

For every person you recommend who legally completes the purchase of a Chestnut Homes, we will give you and your family or friend £1000*.

Simply enter your details in the box below and pass to your family member, friend or colleague, who is interested in a Chestnut Home. They also need to enter their details and pass to a Chestnut Homes Sales advisor before they reserve their new home. On successful legal completion, we’ll pay both you £1,000*

*Terms & Conditions: The voucher must be fully completed and handed to our Sales Advisor at the time of reservation at the development where your family, friend or colleague wishes to purchase their new Chestnut Home.

The value is only valid on reservations taken between 1st December 2025 to 28th February 2026. At the time of giving the voucher, the person recommending must have already purchased and completed on their own Chestnut Home directly from Chestnut Homes in order to qualify.

The form must be signed by all parties (referrer, the person/people referred and the Sales Advisor). Only one Reward voucher can be used per home purchase and the payment of £1,000 to the referrer becomes payable on legal completion of the purchase of the new Chestnut Home taking place, please allow 4 weeks after the legal completion date for payment.

The £1,000 to the referee will be listed on their reservation agreement and will be deducted from any funds due on legal completion of the purchase of the new Chestnut Homes taking place.

This incentive is not available to employees of Chestnut Home, any person connected or related to such an employee, Chestnut Homes agents or any person either connected professionally with this incentive or offer or acting in a business capacity.

The £1,000 to the referrer is not exempt from income tax or any other tax. The recipient of such fee is responsible for the declaring and paying of any tax that may be due. Chestnut Homes Reward incentive cannot be used in conjunction with any other incentive scheme.

Chestnut Homes reserves the right to withdraw the Chestnut Homes Rewards incentive at any time.
