Adventurist takes on exciting new quest with move to Chestnut Homes

A self-proclaimed adventurist has taken on an exciting new challenge by joining the team at Chestnut Homes.

Keiran Wilmot, 34, is the new the sales negotiator at The Meadows in Dunholme, bringing with him almost nine years of experience in the industry.

Previously a senior sales consultant at another housebuilder, Keiran said a major factor in his decision to join the Lincolnshire housebuilder was the high specification of its homes.

He said: “I’ve always worked for PLCs and when deciding to move I wanted to join a team where I would be valued, somewhere with high morale. “Joining a family business like Chestnut Homes has been brilliant. It’s great to work somewhere that genuinely cares about its product.” The sharp-dressed sales negotiator, who has a love of wearing waistcoats, added: “I’ve been working in the industry for coming up to nine years and I knew that this move would suit me and my needs. The Meadows is a beautiful development built to a high specification with a fantastic showhome and my colleagues have been so friendly and welcoming.”

When not spending time with his two daughters, his partner and her children, Keiran takes off into the wild, whether that’s hiking in the woods or building shelters in trees. The self-proclaimed adventurist is also a keen fundraiser and recently took part in the 24 peaks in 24 Hours challenge in the Lake District.

Helene Key, Sales Manager at Chestnut Homes, said: “With almost nine years’ experience in the industry, Keiran was a standout applicant to become one of our new sales negotiators. “Keiran has already proven himself to be a dedicated and hard-working individual. His personable nature makes him a wonderful addition to the team.”
