Chantrey Park Launch

HOUSE HUNTERS are being given a first chance to look at Market Rasen’s newest housing development, with two showhomes opening on Saturday (2 April).

Chantrey Park - a new development of 300 homes - sits on the northern edge of the town, and features a range of charming two, three, four and five-bedroom homes ideal for first-time buyers and growing families.

The new homes – which will be available to move into from June – start from £179,950 with Help To Buy available, as well as special offers for those looking to make an early bird reservation.

Prospective buyers will get the chance to take a first look inside The Avebury – a three-bedroom home - and the four-bedroom Orchard House this weekend, with both house types incorporating elements of open plan living, something which is a rarity in new builds.

Helene Key, sales manager at Chestnut Homes, said: “We’re really excited to open our doors this weekend and show people the beautiful homes we have here at Chantrey Park. This is the only development where we have The Avebury and Orchard House as show homes, so this will be the first chance house hunters will have to explore their beautiful rooms and imagine living in them.

“There is such high demand from families in the area for open plan living, and these two show homes really show off the best that we can offer with spacious open kitchen, dining and living rooms. Our team has worked incredibly hard to get everything together ahead of the opening - we’re really proud of the show homes and can’t wait to show people around.”

The development – which is Chestnut Homes’ second in the town following on from Hunter’s Place - overlooks the idyllic Lincolnshire countryside, with interiors designed by Etch Interiors.

The Orchard House follows a countryside theme, with four bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms, as well as an integrated garage and kitchen-diner.

The three-bedroom Avebury features more of a modern look, with bold colours and an open plan kitchen and living area that is perfect for a growing family.

Helene said: “After the great success of Hunter’s Place, Market Rasen is fast becoming a desirable place to live. It has a great balance of having a rural, countryside feel while still being well connected, and the amenities nearby are second-to-none.

“With a wide range of activities and facilities for you to get involved in, whether that be through the schools, church or sporting events, you'll be part of the community in no time. Whether you’re looking to step onto the property ladder for the first time, or looking to upsize into somewhere bigger, this development will be the perfect place to call home.”
