Chestnut Homes and Covid-19
In line with specific Government guidance for the housing industry, our marketing Suites remain open for visits.
The Government has also confirmed that people are still able to move during the lockdown, and our construction sites will remain operational during this period. We have worked hard to try to ensure that buying your new home can still be a great experience, while all the time keeping you, your family, and our great staff as safe as possible.
Visits to the Marketing Suites are by appointment only. Please call the site direct or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Once an appointment has been made, you will be provided with all the necessary information about your visit, and the measures that are in place to keep yourself and our staff safe.
Are you already purchasing from us?
Don’t worry, we are continuing to operate as normal, and we have specific arrangements in place with our solicitors to ensure that your planned move can progress as planned. Our construction team will continue to work safely under our Covid guidelines, so we hope that your new home will be ready on time.
Due to the pandemic, we adapted the way we handover our new homes to our valued customers, and we have found that they work very well over the past few months. We will of course be there for you during this important time, but we now provide more information to our customers via video and helpful documents.
We have Covid secure working practices in place to enable our staff to address any customer care issues that may arise, while at the same time keeping everyone safe. If you prefer not to have our staff in your home at the present time, that is fine, and we will visit at a later date. For all Customer Care issues, please email email@example.com
