Chestnut Homes hosts event to get house hunters moving
An event to help house hunters get moving up the property ladder is being held at a new homes development in Bardney later this month. Chestnut Homes is hosting a Moving Solutions Event at Manor Farm over the weekend of Friday 16thto Sunday 18thof August.
The event will showcase the various schemes offered by the housebuilder to help buyers enjoy a quick and stress-free move into their new home.
Sales advisors will be on hand throughout the weekend to offer advice and information about Easy Mover, Part Exchange and other schemes to prospective purchasers.
David Newton, Managing Director of Chestnut Homes, said: “We realise that buying a house can be quite a daunting and stressful experience, particularly for those with an existing property to sell.
“Our Easy Mover and Part Exchange schemes are designed to take the stress and hassle out of the process, enabling buyers to focus instead on moving into their new Chestnut home.
“I would encourage house hunters looking to make the next step up the property ladder to come along to our Moving Solutions event to find out how our schemes could help them make their dream move a reality.”
With the Easy Mover scheme, Chestnut Homes will help customers secure a buyer for their existing property in four to six weeks, ensuring they receive a fair and independent valuation on their old property. The housebuilder will liaise with a local estate agent and pay their customer’s estate agents’ fees.
The Part Exchange scheme enables customers to secure a new home without having to worry about finding a buyer for their existing property. Chestnut Homes will make an offer on the buyer’s existing home, based on an independent valuation, meaning the buyer can avoid being in a buying chain and paying costly estate agents fees.
The event will take place over the weekend of the 16thto the 18thAugust at Chestnut Homes’ Manor Farm development, off Horncastle Road.Back To News
