Construction complete at Riverside

Construction is now complete at a development which has regenerated a former caravan park in Boston.

Chestnut Homes has just put the final touches to the last homes at Riverside, its development of 140 houses and apartments on the former site of the Riverside Caravan Park, off Tattershall Road.

The housebuilder is now relocating its team to work on The Quadrant, its landmark new development off Tytton Lane East.

The Quadrant will eventually provide 500 homes, commercial premises, a food store and a new stadium for Boston United Football Club.

David Newton, Managing Director of Chestnut Homes, said: “Riverside has been one of our flagship developments and has provided 140 much-needed new homes for Boston.

“The development has matured as we’ve built each phase of homes, and it is now an established new community which has enhanced and helped regenerate this part of the town.

“We are now selling our final apartment at Riverside and, although work has now finished on site, we remain committed to delivering high quality new homes in Boston.

“We are looking forward to completing the first homes at The Quadrant later this year.”

The final home at Riverside is a two-bedroom apartment, which is available with the government backed Help to Buy scheme.
