First homes released in new phase at Kings Manor

The first homes have been released for sale in the newest phase of the Kings Manor development in Coningsby.

Chestnut Homes is building 59 new homes on a new phase – the development’s third – at Kings Manor.

The first homes released for sale are a collection of five properties which will be accessed via a private drive at the end of Kings Manor.

Further homes from the remaining 54 homes – which will be accessed off Hoplands Road – will be released for sale shortly.

David Newton, Managing Director of Chestnut Homes, said: “We already have an established community at Kings Manor with our two previous phases, and we are now moving onto a third phase to extend the choice of properties available, and further enhance this popular development.

“The third phase will bring another 59 much-needed new homes to Coningsby, and we are now selling the homes from an on-site Marketing Suite at the development.”

Plans for the new homes in phase three were approved in September last year and building work began in January.

The third phase at Kings Manor is being built on a 1.7-hectare piece of land and will include a range of two, three and four bedroom homes.

Chestnut Homes’ plans also include pedestrian and cycle links and an area of green open space.
