Huge savings on offer in housebuilder’s September sale
House-hunters in Lincolnshire are being urged to act now to take advantage of some fantastic deals which could see them reserve a home for just £99. Lincolnshire housebuilder Chestnut Homes is putting on a sale throughout September to mark the end of the company’s financial year. The Thirty Days of Deals campaign will include a range of tailored packages and incentives on selected plots at Chestnut developments across the county, offering customers savings of up to £10,750. In addition, buyers who reserve a home between 1st and 30th September will be able to do so for just £99, compared to the normal reservation fee of up to £1,000.
Managing Director of Chestnut Homes, David Newton, said: “Everyone at Chestnut Homes has worked extremely hard over the last financial year and we’re all so proud of the houses we’ve built and what we have accomplished. “There is no better way for us to round off another successful year than to offer a range of fantastic deals on new homes at our developments across the month of September, with savings of between £3,000 and £10,750 on selected plots to be had.” “A sale like this does not come along very often, so I would strongly encourage anyone interested in moving to a new home in Lincolnshire to take advantage of these money-saving offers while they are still available.”
Offers are available on selected plots at Bridgeways in Alford, LN6 in Lincoln, Manor Farm in Bardney, The Meadows in Dunholme, and The Quadrant in Boston.
