Latest development Heron Park set to launch

BOSTON first-time buyers may now be able to get their hands on a home of their dreams for less, thanks to the launch of our latest development, Heron Park.

Located in the village of Wyberton, Boston, and launching on Wednesday 1 June, phase three of Heron Park features a selection of one, two and three-bedroom homes. This selection will be solely available to buyers looking to get a foot on the property ladder, under the government’s First Homes scheme. 

The launch also marks the sale debut of our one-bedroom homes available to purchase from £94,500. The maximum price within this development will be £154,000 for a three-bedroom home.

The First Homes scheme allows developers to offer homes 30 per cent lower than market value. Buyers will pay 70 percent while the scheme covers the remainder. However, buyers still retain 100 percent ownership. 

Those looking to use the scheme, must satisfy a range of criteria, including a maximum household income of no more than £80,000. They also need to have not owned a home anywhere previously and the local council may also set some eligibility conditions.

Interest has already been high for Heron Park which features eight one-bedroom homes, eleven two-bedroom homes and two three-bedroom homes.
