Our Marketing Suites and Showhomes are now open!

We are excited to welcome you back to our marketing suites and showhomes, but things will now be working a little differently.

Here are some of the brand-new ways to ensure we all stay safe and protected during your visit to one of our developments.

Open by appointment only

For customers looking to meet with a member of our sales team on site, our sales negotiators are on hand and able to assist Thursday to Monday 10.30am to 5.30pm by appointment only. Please email sales@chestnuthomes.co.uk or telephone the sales offices to make an appointment:

Changes to our Sales & Marketing Suites:

If you have visited us before, you will notice a few differences. We ask that only the adult members of the household come to the Sales and Marketing Suites.

Here you will notice our new signage, which reminds you to keep a two-metre distance at all times while visiting us. Please wait outside the marketing suite door until our sales negotiator invites you inside.

We also have a hand sanitiser station by the door as you enter, and you will be provided with gloves and masks prior to accessing our showhome.

Once our Sales Negotiator has run you through the safety guidelines, you can sit in our new COVID 19 friendly seating area for your one to one appointment.

As an extra safety precaution, please note we will not be able to provide refreshments or toilet facilities during your visits for the time being. Please feel free to bring a bottle of water to your appointment with you.

We are pleased to be able to open the doors of our showhomes once more and you will also be asked to wear disposable gloves and masks which will be provided when touring the showhome.

If you are requesting to view a plot, this will be at the Sales and Site Managers’ discretion dependent upon the plot being vacant of workers at the time of your visit and it being safe to do so. If the plot is deemed clear, you will be allowed to tour the plot and also asked to wear a pair of disposable gloves and mask which we will provide for you.
