Work starts on final phase at new homes development in Lincoln

Work has started on the fourth and final phase of Chestnut Homes’ LN6 development in Lincoln.

The new phase will see 23 new three and four-bedroom houses added to the development, off Westbrooke Road, bringing the total number of homes provided at the site to 110.

Chestnut Homes is set to invest more than £13,000 towards local green infrastructure and almost £19,000 in strategic playing field contributions.

“We’re pleased to be releasing the first plots in phase 4 for sale, as the previous phase sold extremely quickly.” A selection of two and three-bedroom house are currently available to buy in phase 4 of LN6, with prices starting from £179,950.
